50 Self-Care Ideas

There are so many different ways to care for ourselves and there is certainly not a one-size fits all approach! In fact, different moments call for different ways to show ourselves some love depending on what it is we are needing. Below, there are 3 categories of self-care: connect, be, and do.

Connect is for times when we need the presence of others or want to experience community of some sort. This is great for when we want to isolate!

Be is for times when we need to slow down. No output, no doing, just being. This is great for times when we feel anxious, have racing thoughts, or are struggling to take a breath.

Do is for times when we need movement of some sort. This is great for times when you’re feeling shutdown, numb, or your mind is racing.
